TEDxKMCT Season 02, themed ‘Beyond the Blueprint’, was held on 31st October 2026 at KMCT Group of Institutions, Calicut, bringing together a diverse line up of speakers and performers for a day of ideas, stories and creative expression.
The event witnessed the participation of a large gathering of students, faculty members, staff and the general public.
Featuring eight speakers and two performers from diverse backgrounds, the programme explored themes of individuality, science, creativity, entrepreneurship, resilience and personal growth.
The sessions included talks by Dr. Fathima Nilufer Sheriff, Dr. Manu Melwin Joy, Dr. Mohamed Hatha Abdulla, Mr. Jabir Karat, Ms. Sana Shirin CT, Dr. Afsal Rahman VK, Mr. Arfaz Iqbal and Mrs. Naaji Oolu. Grandmaster Affan Kutty and Ms. Anaida Stanly added a creative dimension to the event through their performances.
The event was organised under the leadership of Dr. Ayisha Nazreen, Executive Trustee and Director, KMCT Group of Institutions, with Dr. Nivea Francis as Co-organiser. Students, faculty members and the entire organising team, forming the organising committee, contributed to the successful conduct of the programme.
TEDxKMCT Season 02 provided a platform for diverse voices and experiences, encouraging the audience to question familiar perspectives, explore new ideas and look beyond established boundaries.
The logo and theme of TEDxKMCT Season 02, scheduled to be held on 31 October 2026, were officially unveiled by Malayalam cine artist Ms. Vincy Aloshious at a ceremony held at the KMCT Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research campus.
