KMCT College of Allied Health Sciences has achieved another proud milestone by becoming the first Allied Health Sciences college in Kerala to receive NAAC accreditation. Celebrating this success, the accreditation certificate was handed over to the college by honourable MP Shri M.K. Raghavan during a ceremony held on campus.
NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) awarded the accreditation after a detailed review of the college’s teaching quality, research activities, infrastructure, and student support systems. This achievement proves how the college actively provides quality education while moulding skilled healthcare professionals.
On the same occasion, Thiruvambady MLA Shri Linto Joseph announced the launch of new postgraduate programmes, which have started from this academic year. These PG courses will give students more opportunities for higher learning and better career growth in the healthcare field.
The event was attended by several dignitaries and faculty members, including Sahil Moidu, Assistant Director, KMCT Group of Institutions, College Principal Prof. Dr. Sandeep S., KMCT Medical College Principal Dr. Vijish Venugopal, IQAC Coordinator Prof. Dr. Gladies Kamalam, Accreditations Manager Saleem K.N., and PTA President Salam Elamaram, among others. Speakers congratulated the college team and appreciated their efforts in achieving this prestigious accreditation and making the institution a leading center for Allied Health Sciences education.
