IGNITE - Staff Development, Training and Mentoring Programme Held for Non-Teaching Staff Members at KMCT
The Happiness and Wellness Department of KMCT Group of Institutions organized a staff development, training and mentoring programme titled “IGNITE” for the non-teaching staff members of the institutions under KMCT. The programme was designed as an institutional initiative aimed at enhancing the professional growth and workplace effectiveness of non-teaching staff, who play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative functioning, student support, operational efficiency and the overall quality standards of KMCT.
The session was led by Mr. V.K. Suresh Babu, motivational guide and social activator, who served as the resource person. His interactive and inspiring session focused on empowering audience with the knowledge, skills and confidence required to excel in their respective roles.
The session highlighted the importance of realizing one’s true worth and contributing one’s best with determination. It encouraged participants to stay self-motivated, take pride and joy in what they do, and maintain a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives.
